Cyber Essentials

Cyber Essentials scheme & certification

The Cyber Essentials scheme was launched in the UK in 2015 by the Department for Business, Innovation, and Skills.

The aim is to get organisations, big or small, to adopt best practices across data security and demonstrate their commitment to safeguarding data from online threats.

Five steps to certification

  1. Use a firewall to secure your internet connection
  2. Use secure settings for your devices and software
  3. Control who has access to your data and services
  4. Protect yourself from viruses and malware
  5. Keep devices and software up to date

Training

Security awareness training

Security training for your employees is part and parcel of remaining compliant with ISO and other regulations. We are certified ourselves, so we know what it takes to maintain the required level of training.

To keep things simple for you, we supply the training you need through an external partner. It’s video and eLearning based, so easily accessible to all of your employees. It’s the same training we use in-house so you can be sure it’s up to spec.

Make it all a bit easier to keep things in one place, right?
